All returns must be authorized by customer service. Call or email us using the contact information above for return authorization. All claims for damaged or defective merchandise must be made within 10 days of receipt. Returns of non-defective merchandise must be made within 30 days and may incur a 20% restocking fee. We can only accept returns on non-defective merchandise if the item is inventoried in our warehouse. Sorry, on-demand items are not subject to return unless defective. Contact customer service for further details.

Purchases shipped to United States and Canada can be made online through our secure checkout. Employee Only items are available only for purchase by employees of Rockwell and their acquisition companies. You must be logged in using your Rockwell, Sensia Global, Sprecher + Schuh, CUBIC, & OTTO Motors email address at time of checkout in order to complete the purchase. During checkout, please be sure to complete all necessary information. US and Canada employees may purchase using either credit card or a purchase order number for invoicing. Employees of all other countries including those in EMEA, LATAM, and APAC must pay by credit card only.


If you are not an Employee you can still place an order for other items using Visa, MasterCard, or American Express by going to the public site: rokshopcustomer.rockwellautomation.com. Charges on your statement will appear as Geiger Catalogs.

Orders shipped to Canada are approved – see the How to Order section.  Orders from employees of all other countries including those in EMEA, LATAM, and APAC regions are accepted on a case-by-case basis. There are Rockwell Automation suppliers in other regions and countries that can help with your promotional merchandise needs in a fiscally responsible manner without having to pay export taxes, duties and fees from the United States. Please reach out to Strategic Sourcing (Dorota Trzebieniak at dtrzebieniak@ra.rockwell.com) to discuss supplier options. If SSO confirms there are no other options please contact Jessica Ness at jness@geiger.com regarding your international request. If Geiger will accept your order. All orders from employees in any country including those in EMEA, LATAM, APAC must pay by credit card only. Freight for international shipments will be quoted once the order is submitted. The order will be released for production once written approval is received. International shipments are subject to duties and customs fees above and beyond shipping charged by Geiger.   • Custom orders will generate a quote for you to attach to your SAP shopping cart order
  • For all online orders, you will need to generate an estimate to attach to your SAP shopping cart order
    • Login to your account and add items to your ROKShop basket.  View your basket and select “Checkout” when complete. PDF the next “Shopping Cart” screen for a total of your merchandise. Select “Checkout” to continue.
    • Select “Company Invoice” and the address of shipment. Select “Continue” to go to the “Payment” screen.  PDF this “Payment” screen for total of your shipping costs.
    • You can now close out of the ROKShop. Items will remain in your cart. Return to your cart and enter the PO number once you have it and continue to place your order.
  • Use Vendor ID 1068663 when creating your RA SAP shopping cart.

You can expect in-stock items to ship within 24 hours of placing your order. Refer to the shipping map below for ground time in transit from our warehouse:

For on-demand items, please refer to the individual production time listed within the product specifications and allow an additional 3-5 days for ground transit from the manufacturer.

Shipping and transit times do not include weekends and holidays and cannot be guaranteed under extenuating circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions. Please allow additional transit time for international shipments.

Merchandise pricing does not include shipping. Please refer to the table below to calculate your shipping cost based on order total.

If items are shipped and invoiced separately, shipping will be calculated for the total order and will only appear on the first invoice. Invoices for subsequent shipments will not include shipping.

Merchandise pricing does not include tax. Taxes will be applied to your order total appropriately based on your state and local laws.

On the log in screen, click on “Forgot Password”, enter your email address that you use to log in, and we will email you with a new temporary password. After logging in, we recommend you change your password to a new easier to remember password through the Account page.

You can update your password at any time through the Account page by selecting the Password tab.

Yes. After selecting Checkout, choose one of your shipping addresses and select Ship to Multiple Addresses. Select Split next to Qty and enter the quantity of an item to ship to another address. Use the drop down feature showing your first address to select another address saved in your address book and click Continue. If the address isn’t in your address book, select Add New Address and enter the new address. Select Add New Address when finished to save it. Continue to select Split, enter the Address quantity, select address and choose Continue until all items have a shipping location selected and are showing in the list. Adding all shipping addresses to your address book in advance of splitting the order will make the splitting process quicker. Please call Customer Service for assistance at 1-800-279-4658.

You can update your billing address, manage shipping addresses, change your password, and view your order history through the Manage Account page.

A Made to Order item is a product that is not pre-printed and stocked in our warehouse, but is produced on a per-request basis. Made to Order items take longer to ship, as we produce them specially for you, so please refer to the individual production time listed within the product specifications and plan accordingly. Made to Order items may also require a minimum order quantity to meet production requirements.

Geiger employs a 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology that encrypts all of your private information during account maintenance and order processing. Enforcing PCI Compliance ensures that your credit card information is encrypted and kept private. The security of your account also depends on keeping your account password confidential, and you should not share your account name or password with anyone.

If you have a promotion or event that needs a unique item or special quantity, please select Custom Orders to discuss options. You can also view a catalog of items not currently shown on the site.

An electronic gift certificate is available for purchase. Navigate to Gifts and Accessories and select Home & Giveaways. Select Gift Certificate to open item. Select quantity and value from the drop down and add to cart. Gift certificate(s) will be emailed as attachments directly to purchaser for use or sharing. If you are purchasing more than 10 gift certificates for different people, please contact Jessica Ness at jness@geiger.com and she will be able to assist with emailing certificate directly to gift recipient instead of purchaser.

Only employees of Rockwell Automation and their acquisition companies can order from the Employee link.
